The regulators publish this information as PDFs, as JavaScript lookup widgets, or behind a subscription. None of those can be read by a search engine, compared side by side, or cited. These registers rebuild that information as plain, dated, sourced pages.

A register marked held back is not missing — it is finished enough to publish and deliberately withheld, because naming an institution on data we have not re-checked would be worse than publishing nothing.
